Great place to come to recovery recommend it to anyone very friendly people and always there for you when you need someone to talk to you.

I have been through multiple treatment programs with multiple treatment centers and Seacrest was by far the most comprehensive. The staff truly cares about each individual’s needs and tailors the program to each person.The clinical staff does a great job leading groups that facilitate active discussion and help dive into the reasons for your substance abuse/mental health problems. Justin Knable was my therapist and is by far the best therapist I have ever worked with, in or outside of a treatment setting. He really helped me get to the root of the issues leading to my substance use and consistently showed me a path of recovery that fit into my lifestyle and personality.The sober living is very nice and guys like Rob, Nick, Tank and Aaron make the housing experience as enjoyable as possible while also helping you learn about yourself and how to navigate life at home, meetings, etc.Bridget does a great job with case management and ensuring all of your outside obligations are taken care of so that you can focus on your treatment while you are there. Connie always makes you feel welcome and organizes a lot of great events for the clients/alumni that makes it feel like you are part of a greater Seacrest community. Amber is always looking for feedback to improve the facility and does a great job making sure things that need addressed/changed get done quickly and correctly.Overall, Seacrest is the best treatment facility I have ever been to and I would recommend it to anybody as they have given me a new lease on life.

Very amazing housing staff and clinical staff this program really works all together and helps you to achieve any goals set. Also they’re all really caring and supportive actually made me proud of my accomplishments because they were genuinely proud of them! The groups were crazy helpful but it’s a great environment and easy to build connections I’m not even from this state and moved up here for treatment and I’ve built a whole life and relationships in the last 5 months that I’m extremely grateful for . Spent 30 days in PHP. All the techs were absolutely amazing ( Aaron, Robert, Tank etc) great feedback from them at the house and trough out the program.The Center is great, clean facilities, great support staff (Big & Little Angie, Justin K, Bridget, Connie, Eric, Lori, Nick, Amber, Robbie and Joe). They focus a lot on the addiction side, however they dig deep for the recovery to be positive. They are all very knowledgeable, they talk about plans and set you up for success.The only reason I gave this a 4, not a 5 star, is because they need to improve the transportation to/from center to the house, to/from the AA meetings.There’s been quite a lot of instances where we had to pick up the females for AA meetings, or drive one client to the center. Some of the techs do not drive for the company.Per total, staff, housing, facilities are excellent !

I completed the Seacrest program fully from residential to iop. Seacrest is an exceptional program and I credit the counselors and techs with helping me through my journey of recovery. I am going to miss this program a lot but they have given me many tools in order to start easing back into life after treatment. I have learned skills that I would never have received otherwise. We did many activities and outings every weekend and experienced how we can still have fun and be sober. I appreciate many of the staff staying in touch with me on a daily basis even after I have left the program. I have also made friendships through Seacrest that will last a lifetime. This place honestly was an amazing experience. The staff, clients and groups were knowledgeable and taught me so much. I would recommend this place for anyone I care about who is struggling. The housing is nice and they really care about your personal needs. The groups are new each time and we played games and laughed a lot. There are weekend activities and events monthly that are fun and show you fun is possible being sober. It was like a family to me and i’m so happy i chose Seacrest. I just finished my first time in treatment at Seacrest recovery in NJ in their PHP program. It was a very good experience and they were instrumental in providing me with a solid foundation on which to start my recovery. They were helpful and accommodating right from the start, with driving to pick me up and transport me to their facility, as I live out of the area. All of their staff were great. Many of them have dealt with addiction and recovery in some aspect of their life, which provided a needed understanding of my situation and allowed me to build a strong, mutually beneficial, relationship with them. They provided great insight!Daily group therapy was very helpful and provided many tools for recovery. They used a variety of therapy methods including, clinical, holistic, art, music, individual, and team building. The groups were run by a rotation of the counselors on staff. Both of these aspects kept the sessions fresh and engaging. Not every group will be your "cup of tea", but if you keep an open mind and are accepting of your recovery, you will be provided with a vast amount of helpful information regarding your disease, your treatment, coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills. The clinical staff always make sure that they are available to you, whether it's during group, during individual therapy or when you have any need for them.The technical staff at both the treatment center and the residential housing was great. During my stay, they made sure that my needs were met and displayed professionalism with issues that arose. Although some problems did happen, they did their absolute best to fix the issue promptly and made sure that I was safe and comfortable in the meantime. They worked hard to take so many burdens off of my shoulders during the stay so that I could focus on my recovery. **If you need something, say something**. On a daily basis, the techs were helpful with different meeting options as well as getting me to the meetings that I wanted to go to. They were professional and cordial, and I built a great relationship with them.The administrative staff was very knowledgeable and supportive. They made the intake process painless and provided me with the information that I needed. As it was my first time in treatment, I had a lot of questions, and they were always available to answer them for me (this also goes for all of the other staff as well). During my stay, they assisted with issues that arose, and when it was time to plan my aftercare, they were very helpful and provided me with any requested resources, as well as calling around on my behalf to get referrals for me in my home area.Some areas that I would like to see improvement are as follows:- There will always be problems that you don't see coming, but if you see a problem starting, don't wait until it turns into a bigger issue. When possible, repairs/maintenance to housing, facilities, and vehicles should be done before they become a debilitating problem. Proactive maintenance, rather than reactive repair, will make things easier and can save money in the long run.- All new clients should be provided with written policies and procedures. This will aid with pop-up issues as well as help with inconsistencies and confusion. People who are new to this specific facility, or new to treatment in general, may not know what to expect, what is expected of them, or who to turn to in specific situations. This information should also include a list of phone number for key staff members that clients may need to contact.Overall, I am very pleased with how my treatment at Seacrest went and believe that I left there with a very strong foundation for success. Although this business is not one where you necessarily want to have repeat customers, I feel that I could go to them with any future needs and would recommend their services to anyone that is dealing with any addiction issues.

Seacrest of Eatontown was a wonderful experience for me. They are welcoming and friendly from intake with Kevin. A great guy, Megan the head. Facilitator did my bio and she was so nice and informative. All the techs are very friendly. The groups were never repetitive or boring. They were amazing and every single one was interesting. Wanna give a shout out to Brett. My counselor who is an amazing guy and really awesome, always kept my needs In front of his, Kelsey and Kaitlyn, Joanne and Matt were all amazing. No matter who your facilitator was in any group. If anybody ever had anything to talk about, it was always welcome. They made the groups about us. Which that's the way it should be, and they make a very good environment for Clients helping out each other. They also make it very easy to meet new friends. So you can start your sober network while you're there.They give you all the tools you need to succeed while in groups and when you graduate. I would recommend this place to anybody. Laura, who was part of the office staff Case management takes care of anything you need and gets on it right away. There's so much more to say.But I will miss that place. And I can't wait to go back and visit.

If you are there in the hopes of truly changing the way you live your life, the staff at Seacrest will give you every tool and then some to do exactly that. Seacrest was a very good place for me to be for my journey of recovery. The staff was amazing from the moment I got there! They really cared about my needs and were always so compassionate about everyone's needs. The groups were long because of the uncomfortable chairs but that is literally the only negative thing I could come up with. The atmosphere and compassion of other group members were also very caring and were able to relate, making my experiences in group very healing for me. Also, the case worker, Katie was outstanding at taking care of everything that needed to be done for my job and disability. She definitely has everyone's best interest in mind and is always there to listen! Great staff all around!!

First day arriving at Seacrest I was welcomed by all the staff and instantly felt welcomed and wanted here. The groups and the clients were all of benefit. Definitely recommend this place to those needing help.

Supportive staff, very helpful

I first hated Seacrest. This was my 7th time in rehab. I am quick to cancel people and find flaws in treatment programs. I was angry with myself for using again. I came to the realization that I was flawed and that my disease was learning how to thwart my recovery. My negative outlook saw only negative outcomes. But I came to love Seacrest. I completed over 90 days at Seacrest. I want to say thank you to James H my therapist, Robbey, Amber, Marcus #1 & #2, Nick #1 & #2 for housing and help with day to day sanity conversations. Thank you Santana for your perspective on life in Columbus and your positive outlook on living, fatherhood and just doing the best we can. I learned a lot from you. Most of all thank you Valerie M. You helped me with all my paperwork and helped me stay sane when dealing with the real world, outside of Seacrest. Plus you always did what you said you would, outstanding professionalism. I will be participating in the alumni program, Connie. Seacrest isn't perfect, but they will work with you if you WANT help staying clean. But, if you NEED to stay clean, then that's on you.

Seacreast completely helped change my life. When I got down here to Florida I couldn’t even put a week of sobriety together, since I’ve been here I’ve learned so much about my addiction, coping skills, and so so much more. The staff does and amazing job and are super friendly and caring. I’d like to give credit to a couple of them, such as Matt, Maggie, Stacy, Hunter, Alexsis, Tilly & Donna. I’ve never had as much support as I have in my stay at seacrest. The staff truly does care about their patients. Seacrest Recovery has a great PHP and IOP program for all substance abuse disorders and mental health. The house staff and case managers are great and the therapist are helpful and have a wealth of knowledge in the field to pass on to their clients so they can leave the program and have life long sobriety. The tools are provided when leaving the program to ensure a successful recovery. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience going to a treatment facility. I must say I wouldn’t trade this place for another. I received such a positive experience. The counselors here at seacrest are on another level. They genuinely care about their clients and recovery, which was very important to me. They made it comfortable to talk in group settings about how addiction had gotten me there. They are very knowledgeable and encouraging in ways that has helped me recover. I left seacrest with 102 days sober. if i had any issues Amber took care of them right away. The therapist are all experienced and peofessional. Housing is nice and the recovery scene in columbus is top notch.

First of all, I just want to say how much direct experience and time sober everyone here has. The staff have been immersed in the world of recovery for many years and this shows immensely in every group and activity that we did. The staff bend over backwards to accommodate the clients, and this creates an atmosphere of actually being heard. This is so important in early recovery. I came into seacrest a broken child and am leaving a confident and motivated young man. I did not want to come to seacrest at first, but Mike Stevens and my counselor Katelyn made me feel safe and welcomed from day one. I never had a single issue with anyone here. Each staff member helped me to achieve my goals, from creating a resume and bringing me to a job interview, to giving me lists of meetings for everyday of the week. I can’t imagine where I would be if I hadn’t gone to seacrest. This place has helped me find myself and start my life. I am eternally grateful for everything I learned here, and this place has helped me to feel whole and like a human being again. I will definitely be coming back to speak and to attend the alumni events. These show the clients that this truly works. Thank you again for everything. Peace.

The therapists and case management are great. It’s laid back and helped me so much! I’d highly recommend seacrest to anyone seeking help with addiction.

Seacrest offers in patient and out patient recovery services. Being my first treatment, I thought they were pretty great. The therapists and techs honestly really seem to care. Some of the best and personal advice helping me in my recovery cane from the interactions with the techs. Just a great family feeling. Some of the operations or housing side seemed to not know what they were doing from day to day or want to analyze other ways to get something done. If you are looking for a fancy on-site day spa or gym, this may not be the place you are looking for. But if you want to get down to the meat and potatoes of your addiction and recovery I would recommend Seacrest Recovery!

Great staff thats helped me out with my recovery and motivated me to my new life journey!

I spent over a month here for PHP and IOP. Recovery is a tricky thing and varies from person to person. I'm very stubborn and Seacrest worked with me on my specific needs while following their guidelines. If a medication wasn't working, they provided me with another. If my housing situation wasn't ideal, they put me in another place I felt safe. It was nice to be treated like an adult and respected. The staff from my stay from Aug-Sept 2022, was well rounded; both fun, firm, and experts in their fields. They placed me with a wonderful counselor, Chrissie, whom I respect greatly and taught me a lot. These factors allowed me to leave feeling confident I had a grasp on my recovery and realistic expectations moving forward. I highly recommend Seacrest as a recovery center.

Seacrest gave me my life back. From the first phone call I made to find help with my addiction, until the day I left, I was treated with kindness and respect. It became clear after a few days that every member of the staff cared very much about their clients. On site medical staff helped me work through medication issues, and the technicians at the sober living house were amazing human beings. Most all of their employees are in recovery and know exactly what we are going through because they have been there themselves. If your looking for the best treatment center to help get clean/sober you found it. After traveling half-away across the county to Seacrest NJ, I have no regrets. At this writing I have 72 glorious days sober and I still text my progress (by their request) to staff - beautiful people.

I had an excellent experience at Seacrest.You really need more techs like Nicc Meyers A.K.A big blessed He's very sentimental very understanding and overall he genuinely cares. He's the main reason I've came out of my shell. He got me my first sponsor . If it wasn't for him striving me too push myself too get a little uncomfortable I wouldn't have taken this program seriously. I was the type of guy who sat in the back of the room . I was too shy too get up and speak at A.A meetings.He is the reason I got up Infront of 140 people too tell my story and get my sobriety coins. If it wasn't for big blessed this wouldn't be possible. I spent several months participating in both the IOP and OP programs at Seacrest. Overall great experience. Like many organizations, they are only as good as the day to day staff makes them. The staff were warm and caring, very approachable and understood the evils of addiction.From Harold ( who rescued me from a subpar facility), to all the staff, it was a positive climate for learning and growth. The techs with whom I spent the bulk of my time, were selfless and caring , giving freely of themselves, lending an ear, and/ or pointing me in the right direction for any needs that would be better addressed through other resources. To name a few, Carrie, Sherri, Michal, Chanel, Kevin, Larry,Jake, George, and Patricia were like family yet maintained their professionalism. At the center, Laura was efficient and approachable and worked to find an aftercare program or residence that fit your needs. MIke Stevens was great and supportive.Mike, though newer than the others always listened to concerns or forwarded them to the appropriate person. The counselors also need to be recognized. Maria, Matt, Brett, Kelsey, Kaitlin, Luke and Travis were easy to relate to and good facilitators. Of course, my fellow housemates and peers provided the support and companionship that is key to recovery.Thank you Seacrest for helping me stay on the path and help provide me with the tools to move forward and be a happier, better me.

I will be forever grateful to Seacrest Recovery! When I arrived, I was broken both physically and mentally not knowing for sure what the future had in store for me. Today as I write this review it's clear what the future holds for me. Purpose! Seacrest rc has put a huge impact on my life that I will never forget from the clinical staff to the techs. Most of them have been my biggest support, and even if you thinking “they’re being hard on me” it’s because they truly do care. They have became family, and I will forever be grateful. They are the only treatment center down in South Florida that will go out of their way to get you to groups, meetings, work, and activities. Coming to Florida I was so scared, this was my first time coming to treatment ever. Seacrest made me feel welcome and accepted and tended to all my needs. I had a great experience from all of the staff members & the house techs. I got alot from this place , I never knew what AA was until I got here. We had meetings 7 days a week. They really show compassion & listen to your story instead of just treating it as a job & me as a paycheck. I can't thank the staff enough. Valerie ,Connie,Chrissie, Amber,Angie , Rob,James , Erich,& especially the ones I spent the most time with in the house Nicc,Kevin & our mon- Fri driver Nick. All great people. Thanks again. Sadly I recommend this place. I only say sadly because of the reason we are here & that is addiction.

I have >2 years of intermittent experience being a client at seacrestLet me start by saying that Rob, Jess, and Eric are all fantastic. They've been there longer than most of the other staff and are easily the most competent. Marcus, Connie, Tank, Reggie, Amber, Kevin, Nick, and Angie are all great too. I don't know much about Jared, but he's been there for a whileThat being said, there has definitely been a steady decline and high turnover at seacrest over the last two years. Like most other recovery centers in the US, they unfortunately rely heavily on AA despite it being archaic and unscientific, but I genuinely believe that almost everyone at seacrest, if not everyone, genuinely cares about you and wants to help you live a better sober life. If you want something other than AA, ask Jess or Eric about smart recoveryThe houses are ridiculously nice too. Granite countertops in the kitchens and the men's PHP house has a large gas stove and a very nice kitchen. The women's house also has a pool. I think all the houses have grillsI'd definitely recommend it for short-term recovery

Great program! Helped me more than words can express.

I recently just finished my program with them, and I can’t say enough about the quality of care I received. I came from another treatment center and continued my journey here, they continued to give me the tools I needed to succeed in my recovery, from the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with kindness and comfort to complete the next step of my treatment. I have to say I did not come across one step of my process here without the support I needed. I want to thank everyone here for what you did for me, you helped bring me back to life!!

To all the negative Nancy’s with one star. I’m a close friend with the director of operations of Seacrest. Within 24 hours of making a phone call I was admitted. I skipped detox and kicked dope cold Turkey. Every day every moment a tech or counselor was making sure I was okay in comfort and was willing to do whatever they had to make sure I was at ease. I was willing to listen and not fight to make recovery “my way “because my way led my to so many relapses jails institutions for years. With that being said this place worked with me in every way shape and form possible. All because I was willing to go with the current and not against. There’s plenty of great experiences and positive people to get close to that will lead you in the correct direction if your looking to live a life free from drugs and alcohol. Just like any other meeting room and treatment center there are negative, ungrateful people you should steer clear from! That’s normal. If you show me who your friends are I’ll show you who you are. Recovery is what you make of it! I owe it up to Seacrest that’s why I still part take in every alumni event, I still go speak there, Travis B alumni coordinator is a very close friend I speak to daily. Matt Simon my counselor a great example of a gentleman. Mike Stevens and Laura made every day count for me never failed to ask how I am feeling. I love my Seacrest family. BIGGEST shoutout to Jared Silver a mentor, friend, and fine example of what long term sobriety is, and lastly someone I look up to. True friend are never apart maybe in distance never in heart. And Seacrest will always hold a special place in my heart

Making lasting memories is a big part of recovery and this place stands out. Excellent service and treatment.

I've been to over 30 treatment centers in and out since I was 18 years old and seacrest is the only facility that never gave up on me not when I couldn't even get 24hrs clean overdose after overdose pick me up all over south Florida and helped me get up to jersey wen I wanted to go home and to this day I can call nick or josh and they answer me right away they do care and go above and beyond for people. Thank you seacrest from the bottom of my heart

This place is great. Its changed my life!!! I Recommend everybody that needs help to come to Seacrest!! Joey and Martel and the therapist Matthew are the best teachers here link up with them. They will put you on the right path!

Saying Seacrest saved my life is an understatement! I had no insurance no place would accept me i previously took the opportunity they gave me months before and squandered it like everything else in my life! For some reason they gave me a second chance and i'm taking full advantage of it and getting a second chance at living! When our family had a problem with my brother this recovery center was the only one that could fix him he seemed to be a lost cause but after he saw that the staff was willing to help because they genuinely wanted to see him do better he was very receptive to the treatment at hand !!!! I suggest sending your loved one here as well !!!!! God bless now my brother is sober and working the 12 steps and has over a year clean !!!!!!!

When you have a friend or family member that just needs more than the love and support, you need a place to that can help you as they can help them. Seacrest will get the hope back in motion for you all. No need to give up just pick up the phone talk with Nick and him and the fabulous team will begin the new journey for all of you. All around outstanding place great people. They helped me feel comfortable the facility is clean and workers support and care helped me change my life around.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Seacrest for all they have done for me. From the time I arrived I was embraced with support and encouragement. I have been to several treatment centers in the past and what separates Seacrest from them is the staff. From the clinicians to the techs I felt a sense of genuineness which allowed me to let down my guard and motivated me to continue to move forward with a sense of hope that had been lost when I initially walked in the door. Thank you again to my Seacrest family for all your help.

My stay at the Seacrest recovery center was just amazing and exceeded all my expectations. Initially I was very apprehensive about being admitted for it was my very first time in treatment. The ENTIRE staff was so supportive, understanding, welcoming and warm but mostly very knowledgeable about my issues which were devastating for me at my most vulnerable time in my life. Seacrest saved me in more ways than I can say in words. My housemates were indeed a plus for we were all able to relate in some way shape or form which worked in our favor towards a better sober life. Made friends and will keep in touch whenever we need each other. I am forever thankful that Seacrest opened their arms to me and gave me structure and sincere support to carry on into my new path towards a happy and sober healthy life! Had a great experience at Seacrest. Great therapists and staff. Housing was exceptional and good therapy groups in clinical.

Seacrest has helped me grow into a better man, my therapist Rebecca is amazing. All the staff is extremely helpful and I’m thankful for everything they have done for me. I’ve been to 10+ rehab facilities since arriving in Florida, and the case manager here was my favorite.
